What time is Check-In and Check-Out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, while check-out is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional fees.
Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?
Yes, we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay to secure your reservation. The booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
What is the resort’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to cancellation charges.
How far is the resort from Busuanga Airport and do you offer transfers?
The resort is approximately 30–40 minutes from Busuanga Airport, depending on traffic conditions. We can arrange airport transfers through our accredited van partners for your convenience.
Is the resort beachfront?
Fernvale Leisure Club and Resort is not beachfront, but it is located in a peaceful area with easy access to Coron’s main attractions. Island hopping tours can take you to Coron’s famous beaches.
Do the rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot shower?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and hot and cold shower facilities for your comfort. These amenities are included in your stay.
Is breakfast included and do you have a restaurant?
Breakfast inclusion depends on your selected package or booking promotion. We also have an in-house restaurant serving meals and refreshments.
Does this resort offer island hopping tours?
Yes, we can assist in arranging island hopping tours and other activities through our trusted partner tour providers. Our staff will be happy to help you plan your itinerary.
How can we get to Coron town from the resort?
Guests can easily reach Coron town via tricycle, which is readily available near the resort. Travel time is approximately 10–15 minutes depending on traffic.
